Bush's fifth State of the Union speech
Tonight I ask you to pass legislation to prohibit the most egregious abuses of medical research … creating human-animal hybrids … *Other than 9pm on Saturday nights on the SciFi Channel, I didn't think this was a problem. What really scares me the most about this utterance was I started the day with this from NPR:
